When buying clothing online, it is always recommended that you measure yourself first. By measuring your body, you can find the perfect fit for your size and shape. Using a size chart and measuring your body accurately can help you identify clothing that fits you well.

The measurements you need are your chest, waist, hips, and inseam.

While you are making measurements, use a cloth tape measure, not a metal one. Make sure that, when you circle your chest, waist, or hips, the tape is level and neither too tight nor too loose. Also measure yourself on your bare skin, not over clothes.

Chest: Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the measuring tape at the fullest part of your chest, wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement.

Waist: Measure the weistline. Use the tape to circle your waist (as a belt would) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your ribs. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.) Don’t suck in your stomach, or you’ll get a inacurate measurement. If you generally fasten your clothes below your waist, take that measurement as well.

Hips: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your rear, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your hips. To make sure the tape is level back there it can be hard, do it in front of a mirror if you can.

Inseam: This is the distance from the uppermost inner part of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle. You can measure your inseam in two ways.

With help: While you’re wearing a pair of pants, have a friend stretch the tape from your crotch to the bottom of your ankle.

Without help: If you have a pair of pants that fit you perfectly (they shouldn’t be too loose around the waist), measure the inseam of the pants, again from the crotch to the hem.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible to return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Discounted(on sales) items

- Customised items

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with all information on your email. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not by our mistake.

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

If you have returned the goods to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the Goods in full. However please note we cannot accept liability for an item as faulty until it has been returned to us and we have had an opportunity to inspect it and confirm that it is faulty.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you kmow that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the request if approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card
company. It may take some time before your refund is officially made.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer.service@nerses.world .

Return shipping

Please contact us at customer.service@nerses.world before shipping and we will provide you with step-by-step instruction to make the the process more effective. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ukraine, 76018, Ivano-Frankivsk, A. Melnyka street, 10, block 7, NERSES.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund

- Please note: we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. NERSES cannot accept responsibility for Goods not received and signature is
required as a proof of confirmation receipt. We recommend you keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.

 - We will refund you on the original method of payment. If you used a gift card to pay for the Goods, we will refund you by way of a gift card. If you made the payment using part gift card and part credit/debit card or PayPal, the gift card
element will be refunded first.

- All return postage costs are your responsibility.

- Your delivery costs will be refunded in the following circumstances:

- If you cancel your order before dispatch.

- If we cancel your order due to stock availability or because the product is faulty on dispatch.

Please note:

we do not offer a free delivery or returns services for international or inland orders.

HANDLING AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNED GOODS 

Please take reasonable care when opening original packaging and where possible ensure it is returned along with the Goods.

All goods should be inspected and tried on with reasonable care being exercised.

Items should be returned unused and in a resalable condition with all garment tags and care labels still attached. If returned items do not match the items included in the
original order or are damaged or soiled we reserve the right not to
accept them and may send them back to you and/or refuse a refund.

Where protective casings, protective boxes, dust bags and leather tags are provided with the goods these must be returned along with the goods. 

In the terms of hygiene we will not be able to accept returns of underwear and swimwear unless the hygiene seals are intact. These Goods should not be tried on and must be inspected in their packaging.

For handbag returns: when examining it please be mindful not to scratch or mark the product. For returns please wrap your handbag carefully in the original dust bag to prevent any damage during shipping.

Custom orders will ship in ~4-5 business days after order confirmation.

If you need an order by a certain date, please let us know. We will
always do what we can to help you out.  Custom orders cannot be canceled after being placed.

Custom Size Information:

If purchasing a custom size option, the final fit of your garments depends upon the accuracy of the measurements that you provide. Therefore, it is extremely important to send the accurate measurements. Measurements should be provided in centimeters.

Below are some general guidelines for taking the measurements with higher accuracy:

* Wear regular bra (not a sports bra) while taking measurements

* Have a trusted tailor take your measurements

* If you make measurements at home, stand in front of the mirror (so you too can follow the process) or ask someone for help.

* While taking measurements, stand straight, have arms hang loose on the side, and do not suck in your stomach

* Measurements should be taken snuggly over the body, not too tight or too loose

* Please ensure length measurements including any shoes or heels

* Tip: to use your existing clothing as guides for measurements.

If your measurement details are accurate, this will reflect on the final fit of your outfit.

Returns/Exchanges

All styles that are not featured under our Ready-To-Ship items are considered a Custom Order. Custom orders are final sale.

Custom orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. In the event of a potential defect, please email us within 48 hours after delivery at customer.service@nerses.world for details. After 48 hours, we cannot accept a review.

Payment is made instantly, at any time of day or night on our site www.nerses.world.
The payment amount is debited in the currency of your bank card at the current exchange rate. Please note that the online store does not receive or store your card details. You pay the purchase price, please note that depending on the type of transaction, a bank fee of 0.5% to 1% is charged.
